airport?
A: The hotel is just minutes away from the
Orlando International Airport.

Is the hotel close
to the major attractions?
A: Yes! The hotel is within 10 minutes to
Universal Orlando, SeaWorld and 15 minutes
of the Walt Disney World Resort.
•Can
I smoke at the Quality Inn Plaza
A: No Smoking allowed inside the guest rooms
or in the public areas of the hotel. Outdoor
smoking area are provided.

How can I obtain
tickets to the attraction, like Universal
Orlando and SeaWorld?
A: Our Guest Services Desk is happy to assist
guests with arranging attraction tickets or
book your Universal Orlando tickets online
in advance of your arrival.

Are there
shuttles to the airport and area attractions?
A. Complimentary scheduled shuttles to: Universal
Orlando, SeaWorld and Wet N Wild.
Please note: Reservations are required
and made at the Guest Services Desk on day
of arrival.
B. Regular Shuttle service to: Orlando International
Airport and all attractions for a nominal
fee. Shuttles can be arranged by the Guest
Services Desk in each hotel's lobby

• What other services does the Guest Services Desk provide?
A: They can handle restaurant reservations, car rental, excursions and shuttles to the airport (fee) and area attractions. Tickets to most area attractions and dinner theatres may also be arranged.
• What are check-in and check-out times?
A: Check-in is at 4 p.m., check-out is by
11 a.m. Late check-out is available; a fee
may apply.

What are

A: Hotel offers onsite buffet meals in the
Plaza Garden Restaurant, as well as light
meal selections in our Lite Bite Deli and
Mini-market, or Zebra's Sports Bar.

A: In-rooms safes are available at no charge.

A: Yes, all rooms are Non-Smoking.
• Do you have rooms with refrigerators or microwaves?
A: Yes, both are included , free in all rooms, together with a coffee maker, iron, ironing-board, hairdryer, radio alarm clock and safe.
• What are parking arrangements?
A: All hotels offer ample free parking with plenty of room for buses and RVs as well.

services?
A: Yes, hotel has self-serve laundry facilities.

A: Not on-site, however, guests may use our
sister hotel, the Rosen Plaza's located just
next door at no charge.

A. Hotels accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club/Carte Blanch, Encore and JCB.

A. HS Connections are available
in guestrooms for a nominal fee. Complimentary
wireless is available in all guest rooms and
throughout the hotel.
• Does the hotel have Bell Services?
A. Bell Services can be pre-arranged for groups, however there is no Bell Stand in the lobby. Luggage carts are available for guest use and baggage can be stored in Business Center if you arrive before your room is ready, or if you have a late flight.
